Loft Conversions – Residential

We offer a friendly service to help you maximise the benefit of the additional living accommodation a loft conversion can provide.

Combining your ideas and requirements with our surveyors experience and knowledge of building construction we can produce full working drawings to enable competitive quotes to be obtained from approved contractors.

Planning Applications

Once a satisfactory design has been achieved we are able to progress with the planning application (if necessary) and where the property is a listed building or in a conservation area we will also apply for the additional required consents.

Building Regulations Applications

Once a scheme has planning permission we are able to offer a service to obtain building regulation approval. Details for these approvals will include all the necessary drawings together with all required structural and other calculations adequate for submission to Local Authority.

Construction

Once all approvals have been obtained most of our clients prefer to find their own contractor to undertake the works. We are however able to offer a project management service, obtaining competitive tenders, supervising the works and ensuring that works are undertaken to the appropriate standard before payment is made.

Perhaps equally important we can work with the contractor to ensure that as little disruption as possible is caused to your living environment whilst the works are undertaken.
