Martin Ralph Chartered Surveyors have recently completed the first phase of the refurbishment and improvements to Cranbury Avenue Day Centre on behalf of Two Saints Housing Association.

Works include significant changes providing a new kitchen and dining area, revised access to the property providing shelter and disabled access for clients together with substantial improvements to the medical practice serving out patients.

In addition the internal layout has been improved with new shower rooms and disabled W.Cs and complete redecoration and floor finishes throughout.

Martin Ralph worked closely with the main contractor Ralls Builders to successfully complete the project to the client’s full satisfaction and within the agreed timescales.
