Martin Ralph Chartered Surveyors

Martin Ralph Chartered Surveyors have been appointed to Project Manage refurbishment works on Portsmouth Cathedral to include replacement of the Nave roof and refurbishment and re-decoration of the cupola.

The contract period extends to six months and work includes a detailed access scaffolding arrangement to the cupola and work with lead paint to the cupola which requires special approval from English Heritage.

Architects for this project are St Ann’s Gate Architects, the Q.S is Northcroft Construction Consultants and Ellis & Co is the main contractor.
