Martin Ralph Chartered Surveyors

Martin Ralph Chartered Surveyors are currently undertaking disabled facility design work on three residential units for the Local Authority in Gosport.  The work comprises single storey rear extensions incorporating new bedroom and bathroom / wet room areas, together with specialist fittings as advised by the Occupational Therapist involved in the project.

Martin Ralph project surveyor, Paul Marples stated ‘this work is required to improve the quality of life for young children and adults which will attract grant funding.  The families will remain in occupancy whilst the works are undertaken, which is expected to commence in April 2010 with a contract period of approximately 12 weeks’.
